Sitter Baby Photo Sessions: SIX TO TWELVE MONTHS

What is a sitter session and why have one?

Babies pass through their milestones so quickly. A ‘sitter’ baby is usually around 6-12 months and is when your baby is sitting independently. At this age, babies become more interactive and are using a variety of facial expressions, those little chubby rolls may be developing and their little personalities are starting to shine. It is such a lovely age to mark and remember.

These sessions are especially popular after the Melbourne covid lockdown as so many have missed out on the opportunity for newborn photos.

I offer indoor and outdoor sitter sessions and this is a choice made on personal preference. I include use of props and outfits for both baby and mother. I will chat with you beforehand to plan and style the session and ensure we are capturing the images you envision. When you come for a session it is best your baby is well fed and rested (just like all of us :)) Family including siblings are welcome in my shoots and no extra is charged for this. Sessions are usually around one hour as babies tire so quickly.

I do offer cake smash sessions as well to mark that big one year old milestone.
